Refunds & cancellations

Premium membership

• Cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have not downloaded more than two premium tool results.
• Renewals are refundable within 48 hours of the charge.
• We do not pro-rate part months outside those windows.

Consultations

• Reschedule free of charge with more than 48 hours' notice.
• Cancel more than 7 days before the session for a full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours, 50% is refundable — the preparation work has already been done.
• Inside 48 hours, or for a missed session, the fee is not refundable.
• If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you choose between a new date and a full refund.

How to request a refund

Raise a ticket from your studio under Contact support, or use the contact form and choose "Others". Include the email on the account and the date of the charge. We respond within two working days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
