Privacy policy
Last updated: this version applies to all visitors and account holders.
What we collect
Visitors browsing the journal and using the tools without an account are not asked for personal data. Tool answers stay in your browser unless you choose to save them.
Account holders provide an email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email address those services release, nothing more.
What we store
- Your profile: name, email, country and preferences.
- Saved tool results, only when you press save.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, including any files you attach.
How we use it
To operate your account, show you your saved results, and reply to your enquiries. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie group to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your studio settings, or by writing to us through the contact page. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls, so one account can never read another account's records. Uploaded files are stored privately.
